The table below gives a compact overview of the new - and upcoming additions and mutations.
The page is opened in Aldfaer; first click on the world globe in the upper left corner;
your default browser is opened and next click on a below listed
blue report name and the help of the relevant template is opened,
and you can read the detailed changes in the version log.

  • All templates with a choice from Groups:
    For all templates where a Group can be selected in the Tab Person, the chosen Group is saved and will be shown as the default in the Group overview the next time that report is accessed.

    This template was created to transfer selectable family tree data from the proband via text file to Excel or another spreadsheet program.

    Presentation of an "Ancestry", a graphical presentation of an ancestry chart of the current person with his (possibly to be chosen) partner and their possible children and his ancestors (5 generations).

    This template creates a personal card in accordance with the main window and tabs of Aldfaer, providing an exact representation of all the data entered for a person.
    The Aldfaer Text Settings, which allow text elements to be excluded, are taken into account; furthermore, various Tabs can be included or excluded from printing.

  • Templates in General: Due to changes in TSL/HTTPS, the websites of Carel Plantagie and Meije van Slageren have been moved to different providers. As a result, the URL for the Help reference in the templates of Meije van Slageren and Carel Plantagie has also been adjusted.

    The purpose of this template is to substantiate that certainty based on the registered sources.
    This substantiation can also serve as an inventory, even if the certainty method of Aldfaer is not followed.

    A new form of disposal of the body -resomation- has been introduced; all concerned templates including the language library, have been adjusted.

    The template has been created to provide an overview of all Aldfaer forms of relationship and any church blessings. If there is both a relationship and a religious consecration start date , then, when sorting by date, the starting date of the relationship is taken into account . Persons with multiple relations are given a reference and are all included if one of those start dates is within the period filter.

    The Aldfaer Material list is expanded with a column 'yet to be linked' and its file size.

    Permanent unsolvable error in Javascript.

    The width of the first column of the Person card has been adjusted; Dutch translation of 'Aangifte overlijden' has been adjusted.

  • New dialog:
    With this version a composite menu has become available so that the templates have a different question handling. Follow-up questions can now be partially avoided by specifying the setting under various Tabs of the compound menu.

    A place name feature is included in the following Paul Kallenberg templates: ParenteelA4, ParenteelVerticaal, KwartierstaatA4, KwartierstaatCompact, KwartierstaatVerticaal.

    The two templates 'Do not publish' and 'Permission to publish' have expired; this information can easily be obtained via the selection tool.
